Watt was drafted to the Houston Texans in the 2011 NFL Draft, round 1, pick 11. While playing for Wisconsin, Watt won the 2010 Lott Trophy and was named Wisconsin Team Co-MVP of 2010. He was a finalist for the 2010 Ted Hendricks Award and was an AP and SI.com All-American 2nd Team selection (2010). Also, he was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week three times (12-5-09, 10-23-10 and 11-27-10).
