Year Opened: Apr 11 2000 12:00AM

Remarks: Comerica Park first opened on April 11, 2000 after the Tigers played at Tiger Stadium since 1912. The park’s entrance features a 15 feet tall tiger statue and there are eight other tiger statues throughout the park (including two atop the scoreboard), their eyes light up after a Tigers home run or victory. There is a fountain in center field that bursts when the Tigers score and in between innings. The water show can also be set to music. Other features of the park include a carousel, a ferris wheel, a pedestrian museum near the main concourse and the lack of upper-deck outfield seats which results in an amazing view of the downtown Detroit skyline.

Construction and Materials: Our canvas prints use artist quality fabric stretched over a sturdy wood support. The canvas is gallery wrapped for a professional, clean finished look and the edges are finished in black so that the full image is on the front of the canvas. Each piece indcludes a dust cover applied to the back before the hanging hardware is attached, making your Fathead canvas print an expertly crafted, ready-to-hang work of art.
