I bought this for my hubby for Christmas and he loved it -- he loves that it rolls up and doesn't take up a bunch of storage space. He can't wait to use it in the garage for his next draft. It is very large and I would recommend a large area for use.

Great dry erase section, however do not expect to transfer it easily. Also, if you have any pet with fur, or carpeting in the room, MAKE SURE that the adhesive does not fall off in the night and become covered in dust, dirt and carpet threads. the only way to put it back up on your wall is with tape which is unsightly or glue. ALSO, mine was ripped upon delivery and fathead would not exchange so dont expect sympathy.
