Our Affiliate Program allows you to place links on your web site to our web site. We pay you a commission for each user that travels to Fathead.com through one of these links and performs the subsequent action of purchasing any Fathead.com product.

Does my site qualify for the affiliate program?
All sites are welcome to apply, with the exception of sites that are involved in or promote illegal activity or content. There are no web site traffic minimums so whether your site is established or new, you're encouraged to apply. We personally review all applications and notify affiliates in a timely manner of their acceptance.

Can I join if my site is not based in the United States?
Yes, but all commissions will be paid in U.S. dollars only.

How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you must complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as an affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.

What are the ways an affiliate can earn commissions in your program?
An affiliate can earn commissions through our cost per action campaign. The Fathead.com affiliate program pays a generous commission on the pre-tax and pre-shipping cost.

How often do affiliates get paid?
Because Commission Junction, our affiliate tracking solutions provider, pays affiliates on our behalf, you will receive a commission check once a month. Affiliates will receive a check once you have reached the $25 minimum commission in your Commission Junction balance. You can view your sales statistics through Commission Junction's website throughout the month to see how you are doing.

Can I participate in paid search to promote Fathead.com products?
You may utilize paid search in driving traffic to your web site, but you may not bid on Fathead.com’s branded keywords. See Affiliate T&C for more information on branded keywords.

Does Fathead.com provide marketing material for my site?
Yes, once you have joined our program, you will have access to a library of quality banners to select from, in a range of styles to suit a wide range of web site designs. We also supply everything needed to add those banners to your web pages. We also supply text link ads.

REPORTING AND TRACKING
Does the Fathead.com program offer reporting tools for affiliates?
Yes, our advanced affiliate management system gives you a wealth of information about your progress including number of clicks, number of impressions, total revenue generated and much more!

How frequently are my statistics updated in your reporting tool?
Our affiliate management system reports your clicks using real-time tracking. However, your sales and commissions are based off of sponsored clicks ("commerce clicks") being generated. All sales and commissions are updated daily, but with a one-day calculation period. Information for any particular day will be available to view in your reporting the following day by 5pm EST.

How will you know that clicks came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a qualifying commerce click is made.

How long is your cookie duration?
Fathead.com offers you 90 days from the time your customer clicks on any Fathead.com links on your site to the time of purchase to earn commissions. So go REAL BIG and you'll earn commissions on virtually every single sale!

What is Amount Due?
The amount due is the amount you earned in the 30 days prior to the end of the previous month and for which payment is now due. This means, if today is March 15, and you generated commissions from January 31 and prior, this is the amount that is due to be paid to you.

What is Amount Pending?
The amount pending is the amount you earned in the 30 days prior to the end of last month and for which payment is not yet due. This means, that if today is April 15th, and you earned $100 from March 1st to March 30th that is the amount pending.

This is the total commissions you have earned to date that may or may not have been paid yet.

When are payments made to me?
Payments are made to you 30 days after a month’s accrual. Meaning if you accrued $100 in January, you will be paid March 1st or thereabouts.

Why have I not been paid?
There could be a number of reasons but most often it is because the payment date for previously earned commissions has not yet elapsed. Remember that you are paid 30 days after a month’s accrual. This allows us to more easily account for any returned merchandise for which you would no longer be eligible to earn a commission. From time to time we need to investigate the validity of a commission claim and that may delay payment for that particular transaction. We will work with you closely is there is ever any need for investigation.
